Combined Properties, Inc. has announced that Steele Canvas Basket renewed its 23,634 square foot lease at 201 Williams Street in Chelsea.
Steele Canvas Basket, established in 1921, manufactures products for both industry and the home, specializing in canvas and polyethylene baskets (bins), trucks (buggies), hampers, and canvas bags. The company has been at its 201 Williams Street location since 1986 and is one of the building’s major tenants.

Combined Properties, Inc. has signed a lease with Mystic Brewery, LLC for 12,865 square feet of space at 174 Williams Street in Chelsea, Massachusetts. The newly leased property will serve as a Belgian-style micro-brewery.
Mystic Brewery hopes to begin brewing beers on-site at their new home in Chelsea mid-year. The brewery emphasizes flavor, aroma, structure, and balance in their beer and specializes in making wild and high gravity beers. Their first two beers include Mystic Saison, a dry, crisp Belgian-style brew and Mystic Entropy, a thick, complex, high-alcohol brew that is more of a cordial than a traditional beer.
